The number one question we get is “how does this work”. Today, I’ll do my best to explain the process of booking our mobile bar. 1. You reserve the time, date, and details of your event by putting a 50% deposit down with Tap Truck Little Rock and sign an agreement to help keep everyone safe at the event. The total pricing is based on many factors including but not limited to: hours of rental, hours of service, number of guests, day of the week, number of drink options, etc. 2. You design a beverage menu with as much or as little of our input as requested. 3. We can arrange for you to purchase your alcohol with the vendor via phone so you never have to go to the physical location. You also never have to deal with picking up or transporting your drinks. 4. We verify and secure all insurances, permits, etc. needed by your central Arkansas venue. 5. We check in with you a few times prior to the event to ensure there are no changes and to finalize last minute details. 6. We serve up your delicious drinks, and have a great (& safe) time! After the event, we return your kegs, if applicable, and you never have to lift a finger with drinks!
